Blackburn By Shug Productions passionately focuses on creating content and celebrating cultural achievements in community, music, sports, art and fashion through documentary film. We are very excited about an upcoming joint project we are working on with Scenario Media that candidly unpacks class, race, economics, and hockey culture, via the lives of a brotherhood of Black hockey pros who all grew up in Toronto's Scarborough suburb.
